LurkAPI: Social media data for your AI and your code

Ask your AI and it looks it up. LurkAPI is a REST API and MCP server for public social media data from 16 platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, LinkedIn and Meta's Ad Library. Add https://api.lurkapi.com/mcp to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code, sign in in the browser (no key to paste), and ask for the ads a brand is running, a creator's latest videos or what a subreddit thinks. Every endpoint is a tool, results are trimmed to save tokens, and a call that would cost more than you allow stops before it spends anything. Developers can call the same 88 endpoints with one API key: one GET request, clean JSON back, about a second on average. Most calls cost 1 credit; packs start at $9 and credits never expire. New accounts get 100 free credits with no card. It reads public data only.
