1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aifeed.dev ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aifeed.dev ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

aifeed.dev is a community-driven link aggregation platform for AI and technology content. Users can browse curated links, submit posts, comment and vote.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

We may refuse registration, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant aifeed.dev a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

4.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit. aifeed.dev does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. Posts, comments and links represent the views of their authors, not aifeed.dev.

We are not responsible for errors, omissions or defamatory statements in user content. Reliance on User Content is at your own risk.

4.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or trade secrets of others
  • Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional material
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful links
  • Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation
  • Contains sexually explicit material or promotes violence
  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

4.4 Content Moderation

We may review, edit or remove any content at our discretion without notice. We have no obligation to monitor content but may do so.

5. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites submitted by users. aifeed.dev has no control over external sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

We do not review or endorse external content. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

6. Paid Submissions

Posts can be submitted for free (subject to review) or with an optional $5.00 USD payment for instant publishing (via Stripe). All payments are final and non-refundable. Payment does not guarantee your post will remain published - posts violating these Terms may be removed without refund.

7. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a takedown request to [email protected] with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Location of the infringing material on our Service
  • Your contact information
  • Statement of good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Your signature

Valid takedown notices will result in content removal. Repeat infringers may be banned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Service without permission
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or to manipulate voting
  • Engage in vote manipulation, astroturfing, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful content
  • Harvest or collect personal information of other users

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

aifeed.dev is a hosting platform. We are not the publisher of User Content and are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFEED.DEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify aifeed.dev from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, content you submit, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and aifeed.dev.
